Marking an item as sold, relisting and renewing

Once you've agreed a sale outside an auction, mark the listing as sold from My listings so it stops appearing in active search results and other buyers know it's no longer available.

If a sale falls through, or you'd like to offer the same item again, you can relist a sold item to make it active again. Listings that are close to expiring can be renewed for a further period from the listing's edit screen so you don't lose the views and watchers it's already built up.

Deleting a listing removes it entirely — if there's any chance you'll want to sell the item later, relisting is usually the better option.
