Managing applications

As a business, view everyone who's applied to your job listing from the job's management screen. You can review each applicant, then update their application status to reflect where things stand.

Accepting an application lets the applicant know they've been successful, and it will appear in their dashboard under accepted applications. It's good practice to keep application statuses up to date so applicants aren't left wondering.
